The doors are open and the shelves are waiting. List captive-bred stick insects, mantises, beetles and other harmless invertebrates. Buyers pay Bug Barn first, and you are paid when they confirm the animals arrived.
How it works
Name the species, the life stage, the price in AUD, and the states you will post to.
A buyer pays Bug Barn. The money is held. The listing price is your sale, not ours.
Harmless animals go Australia Post Express Post. Add the tracking number on the order.
When the buyer confirms the animals arrived, your share is released. Bug Barn’s fee includes GST.
Groups open at launch
Twig mimics and leaf mimics. The animals the barn was first built for.
Garden mantises and rainforest species, usually sold as nymphs.
Stag beetles, rhinoceros beetles, and other captive larvae and adults.
Pill bugs and woodlice sold as clean-up cultures.
Detritivores for a deep substrate. Slow, and good at staying put.
Burrowing cockroaches and other harmless feeder or pet species.
Kept inside Australia
No international listings and no overseas postage.
